✓Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Direct Access Certification (Physical Therapy) - Certification - Other/National, Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (NCPT), Physical Therapist License
Certifications
✓For Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only - Must obtain Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree
Education
✓Master's or Doctorate Level Degree preferred. 1 year experience required for Resource Pool applicants.
✓BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree: Physical Therapy (Required)
