provide support throughout the medical center collaborate with a multidisciplinary team one-on-one patient care provide documentation through Epic What We're Looking For
4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program. Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state PT license, required.
