Licensure
✓Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain licensure prior to starting
Certifications
✓American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
✓Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, as required by specialty
Education
✓Bachelor's, Masters or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Qualifications
One or more years of outpatient experience; new graduates and candidates with equivalent clinical training are encouraged to apply preferred
