You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
✓Graduate degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
Qualifications
✓Must meet licensure requirements of jurisdiction
✓Customarily has at least five years of demonstrated clinical experience without occupational healthcare background or three years with occupational healthcare experience
