Advanced graduate degree required from an accredited academic program in Physical Therapy.
Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
Previous successful Physical Therapy delivery is preferred.
BLS Basic Life Support Within 3 Months Of Hire Other: Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills are required. Preferred

- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
