Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in the state of practice.
BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before being assigned to care for patients independently. Preferred
Six months to one year of experience is preferred for a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist. Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric patients. Physical
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
