Licensure
✓Current and unrestricted New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
Certifications
✓BLS Provider Certification through the American Heart Association.
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with a minimum bachelor’s degree. (Masters or Doctorate degree preferred).
Qualifications
✓You are passionate about helping patients regain function, maximize independence, and improve their quality of life.
✓You excel at building trusting relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
✓You are committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion.
✓You thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with colleagues across multiple disciplines.
✓You are highly organized, maintain accurate documentation, and effectively prioritize a diverse patient caseload.
✓You enjoy mentoring others and supporting the professional development of assistants and students.
✓You are dedicated to continuous learning and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.
✓Demonstrated knowledge of physical therapy evaluation techniques, treatment planning, documentation standards, patient and family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
✓Schedule: Must be available 2 evenings a week, and occasionally Saturday mornings.
Previous clinical experience is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical internship experience are encouraged to apply.
