You’ll need
Licensure
✓Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold a compact license.
✓Must hold at least one active unencumbered PT license in either VT or NH at the time of hire.
✓Employees must have active unencumbered PT licenses in both VT and NH within 30 days of their hire date.
Certifications
✓BLS within 90 days of hire
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited school in Physical Therapy
Qualifications
✓Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✓Current car insurance, which meets minimum standards
One year of experience as a PT in a home health care setting is preferred
