Physical Therapist, Home Health, Full Time

Full Time Physical Therapist, Monday-Friday with rotational Saturday assignments Provides Physical Therapy (PT) services to patients by means of assessment, planning and implementation of treatment. Remains proficient in implementation of clinical procedures such as therapeutic activities, modalities, adaptations, and patient and family education and assessment of durable medical equipment (DME) needs and uses these skills in the home setting.

Fosters open communication and rapport with other disciplines, physicians, all hospital disciplines and outside agencies as needed to ensure patient needs are met. Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in SC. Home Health experience preferred.

BLS certified.
