Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program. Required Licensure,Certification, Etc.: Current State licensure as Physical Therapist required. AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required.

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
