Day Shift | Part Time How you’ll make an impact in this role Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition. Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family. Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
Support the clinical care team by providing mentorship and oversight to physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff to maintain exceptional care standards. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Indiana Physical Therapy Committee prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Or Temporary Permit obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. If hired with Temporary Permit, must pass boards and obtain Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) credential within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
