As a BAYADA Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized therapy that helps clients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall functional independence—all within the place they call home. Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, including assessments of mobility, strength, balance, gait, endurance, transfers, safety, and functional abilities. Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on client needs, goals, and physician orders. Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, mobility training, transfer training, and other appropriate treatments.
Help clients improve or maintain strength, mobility, safety, and functional independence. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Educate clients, families, caregivers, and facility staff on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, fall prevention, and safety strategies.
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, facility staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation using BAYADA's electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Current New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license . Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
Home health or senior living experience preferred, but not required. Strong clinical assessment, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and schedule.
Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to facilities throughout Burlington and Camden Counties . Why BAYADA?
