Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist, as directed by a health care practitioner, performs PT evaluations, establishes treatment plans with goals, provides treatment, delegates specific treatments, determines appropriate equipment needs and performs discharge activities. Required

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or D. P. T. in Physical Therapy Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

3 months experience in either pediatrics, acute, orthopedics, neuro or lymphedema
