Join our Therapy Services Supplemental Pool and help patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

As a Physical Therapist, you will:Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional outcomes. Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions and exercise programs tailored to each patient's needs. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery strategies, and the use of assistive devices.

Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Experience working with patients requiring wound care management is highly preferred. Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient education skills.
