Licensure
✓Current (or pending) New Hampshire Physical Therapy license required.
Certifications
✓CPR Certification.
✓Lymphedema Certification
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

✓Dry Needling
✓Strong time‑management, communication, and documentation skills.
✓Ability to provide safe patient handling and demonstrate appropriate physical and clinical judgment.

About the role
Provides physical therapy services to outpatients and/or inpatients of all ages—from adolescents to adults and geriatrics—with occasional developmentally based exceptions depending on clinical need.
