Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday** The Physical Therapist performs examinations, evaluations, establishes plans of care including goals and recommendations for discharge, coordinates/communicates with medical team, provides daily treatment to promote functional independence, and modifies treatment programs/plans of care based on patient response. Completes documentation and charging per regulatory guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2002 OR Master’s degree in Physical Therapy if graduated prior to 2016 OR Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure Additional Information:
Performs comprehensive examination of patients using appropriate tests/measures, completes the evaluation, and formulates an individualized plan of care. Provides evidence based quality patient treatment and education and monitors patient for physiological status during sessions. Responsive to needs/requests outside of direct patient care.
May include serving as a Clinical Instructor, providing presentations, serving on committees/teams, performing program development//projects, developing educational materials, providing education to coworkers after attending continuing education that was supported by travel or educational leave, etc Consistently meets departmental productivity target. Completes accurate and thorough documentation in a timely manner following regulatory policies.
