Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

For Autism/Children’s Center: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience. All Other Departments: Adult rehabilitation professional experience as a PT preferred but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience.

Master's Degree in Or higher in Physical Therapy. Use of electronic medical records. Physical therapy experience in clinical setting.
