You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain licensure
Certifications
✓Current CPR/First Aid certification
Education
✓Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Program
Qualifications
✓Professional liability insurance
✓Strong clinical assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning skills
✓Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and documentation software
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to educate and motivate patients
✓Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment
✓Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
✓Physical stamina and manual dexterity required for patient care delivery
✓Problem-solving and analytical abilities to adapt treatment approaches based on patient response
Prior experience in outpatient, home health, or clinical physical therapy settings preferred
Experience with diverse patient populations and various diagnoses preferred
