Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT Required Must maintain current CEU’s as by the State Work Experience 2 years of experience Preferred Licenses and Certifications Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or current compact privileges in Georgia Required BCLS - Basic Life Support through AHA Required Business Unit : Company Name Eastside Medical Center
