The Staff Therapist shall demonstrate the clinical ability to evaluate patients’ functional status, plan, implement and document individual therapeutic programs. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Responsibilities Evaluate patient and develop treatment plans.

Provide patient care. Communication Skills. Orients, trains and supervises new staff, support personnel and students Education Bachelor’s Degree in PT.

Experience Required: None Desired: One year or more. Licensure Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance. Certifications BLS #LI-TK1
