You’ll need
Licensure
✓PT - Physical Therapist License with the State of Alabama Upon Hire Required or
✓PT - Physical Therapist temporary license with the State of Alabama Upon Hire Required
Certifications
✓BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 Days Required
Education
✓Successful completion of an approved program in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama.
Qualifications
✓Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.
