As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you’ll provide skilled, one‑on‑one therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes, helping them regain strength, mobility and independence. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. At least one year of clinical experience (home care experience preferred). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
