What You’ll DoPerform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient needsDevelop and implement evidence-based care plansDocument patient progress and update plans accordinglyEducate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, exercises, and equipmentCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support care transitionsProvide supportive supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants according to state and practice standardsQualificationsCurrent licensure (or eligibility) from the Maine State Board of Examiners in Physical TherapyAt least 1 year of professional PT experienceValid Maine driver’s license and clean driving recordStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a home settingWhy MaineGeneral?

Compensation Information:$45.60 - $79.80The hourly

shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials.
