• Responsible for evaluating/assessing the needs of referred patients and formulating treatment plans. Responsibilities
• Provides therapy services defined in treatment plans
• Work cooperatively with medical staff, case managers, social work and adjusters
• May supervise physical therapy assistants and aides
• Performs a variety of tasks
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Reports to a manager
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function

• Graduate of a nationally accredited school of physical therapy required
• Current Idaho Physical Therapy License required Working Conditions
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to maintain a standing and/or sitting position
