Delivers quality care to improve patient's functional mobility and independence by completing evaluations and providing interventions on the acute medical floors and inpatient rehabilitation unit. Effectively interacts with patients, doctors and other healthcare members. Provides recommendations for continued therapy and next site of care.

Collaborates with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

• Seeking Physical Therapist. Must be currently licensed as a PT in the state of IL. Minimum 1 year previous experience. Hospital experience preferred. CPR required. Work Shift Details: Days, Shift Hours: 8am-4:30pm Mon- Sat, 8am-12pm Sundays PRN Level III- 2 weekend shifts/month, 1 holiday/year, paid at $52/hr weekdays and $55/hr weekends PRNS Level IV- 4 weekend shifts/month, 1 holiday year, paid at $55/hr weekdays and $58/hr weekends Department: IP ACUTE PHYSICAL MEDICINE Benefits for You At Silver Cross Hospital, we care about your health and well-being and that is why we work hard to provide quality and affordable benefit options for you and your eligible family members.
