Variable Schedule, four 8 hour shifts between 7:15 am - 6:15 pm, Monday through Friday Your role with us Join a collaborative outpatient therapy team at Salem Health Rehabilitation Services – State Street, conveniently located inside Salem Health Orthopedics in Salem, Oregon. As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients recover from injury, surgery, and chronic conditions while guiding them every step of the way as they work to regain strength, mobility, and independence.
Working alongside orthopedic physicians and a supportive team of fellow therapists under one roof, you'll have the opportunity to deliver truly integrated, patient-centered care. You'll build lasting relationships with your patients, celebrate their progress, and take pride in helping them return to the activities, hobbies, and daily routines they love most.
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, function, and pain levels Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's diagnosis and recovery goals Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians and other specialists on-site to ensure coordinated, seamless patient care Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, movement strategies, and injury prevention Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that supports both patient care and professional collaboration Required qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MST) required Current Physical Therapist (PT) license required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Total rewards package Salem Health's comprehensive benefits package prioritizes your mental and physical health, financial stability, family obligations, and professional growth.
