Physical Therapist with pelvic health experience as pelvic health will be the majority of patient caseload. Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) that support patient satisfaction and principles of service excellence. Performs other duties as assigned.

Individual will possess commensurate combination of education, experience and qualifications. What We're Looking ForEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program.
