Licensure
✓Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
Certifications
✓Requires ABPTS specialist certification plus 1 year of experience, graduated from an accredited residency program in the defined area of specialty practice plus 1 year of experience or 5 years of experience in defined area of practice.
✓Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
✓Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Education
✓Requires a Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016.
✓If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.

About the role

Collaborate with the rehabilitation services residency manager to ensure program compliance with accreditation standards for residency programs. Assist in development of residency faculty, residency mentors, and residents. The coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, mentoring program faculty and residents.
