About the role

Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient management of patients with heart failure, cardiomyopathies, pulmonary, hypertension, and cardiogenic shock.

What you’ll do

Evaluate and manage patientsEvaluate and manage patients with chronic heart failure including ones potentially requiring advanced therapies, including durable mechanical circulatory support and heart transplantation
Evaluate and manage patientsEvaluate and manage patients with complex cardiomyopathies such as cardiac amyloidosis, sarcoidosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and pulmonary hypertension
Collaborate closely with cardiovascularCollaborate closely with cardiovascular specialists, cardiac surgeons, intensivists, and advanced practice providers
Contribute to the continuedContribute to the continued growth and development of the Heart Failure Program
