Position: Physician Assistant, Cardiothoracic ICU
Full time – 40 hours a week – 50/50 DAYS and NIGHTS , and NIGHTS ONLY - weekend, and holiday requirement
2 years Physician Assistant experience in Acute Care preferred. A minimum of 2 years nursing experience in critical care, cardiology, surgical backgrounds preferred.
Completion of a Physician Assistant program required
Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board as a Physician Assistant (PA) Required BLS certification required May require ACLS certification May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support) Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved This position requires you to wear a respirator as part of the job requirement.
