About the role

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to adults, managing a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.

What you’ll do

Perform rapid clinical assessmentsPerform rapid clinical assessments, stabilize critically ill or injured patients, and initiate timely, life-saving interventions in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment
Manage airway and respiratoryManage airway and respiratory emergencies, including performing intubation and utilizing advanced resuscitation techniques, in collaboration with supervising physicians
Diagnose and treat traumaDiagnose and treat trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and other emergent conditions, ensuring prompt and effective patient care
Collaborate closely with emergencyCollaborate closely with emergency physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary hospital teams to coordinate care and facilitate transfers to higher-level or specialized services on Oahu when needed
