Physician Assistant, Intensivist Medicine

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team. This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.

Position Highlights: • Nights-only

• 7 days on / 14days off (7 PM – 7 AM)
• Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment
• Work autonomously alongside a well-established team
• Utilizes EPIC EMR system

Qualifications - External QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program EXPERIENCE - Less than 1 Year of Experience CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Physician Assistants (PA) ACLS (ACLS): Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer. Basic Life Support (BLS): Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
