$90/hr. We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Per Diem Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers. We are looking for Per Diem Physician Assistants for our East End Long Island Centers.
The Provider will mostly be placed in our 16-hour centers which include: Yaphank, Elwood, Bay Shore, and Port Jefferson. In addition, the Provider may be placed in our 12-hour centers which include: Deer Park, Commack, Sayville, & West Islip.

An on-site staff of Rad Techs and Medical Assistants who assist you by taking vitals, reviewing medications, applying splints and administering meds and vaccines. Flexible scheduling options: a larger pool of providers makes it easier to trade or pick up extra shifts. Options to rotate to other locations—enjoy meeting a diversity of staff and patients.
Professional support from one of the nation's fastest-growing urgent care networks. Minimum Required
2 or more yrs. of Full-Time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older) Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
