You’ll need
Licensure
✓Physician assistants employed by Bozeman Health or affiliates will have a current MD supervision agreement and duties and delegations agreement (clinical privileges) in place as per Montana State Board of Medical Examiners requirements.
✓Board certification as Physician Assistant
✓Montana Licensure (Physician Assistant)
✓DEA License if applicable to practice area
Certifications
✓American Heart Association BLS
✓In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned per DNV requirements, Bozeman Health policy, and other registry requirements.
Education
✓Master’s Degree of Physician Assistant Studies
Qualifications
✓Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
✓Exercise tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintains confidentiality
✓Learn current and new computer applications and office equipment utilized at Bozeman Health
✓Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
✓Analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
✓Demonstrate the Bozeman Health SPIRIT values of: Service, People, Integrity, Respect, Improvement, and Teamwork
Additional training if relevant to practice area preferred
Two years of physician assistant experience in relevant specialty preferred
