- Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start - Board Certified as either an APRN or PA - Primary Care/Family Medicine experience is strongly preferred, but not required. Compensation & Benefits Package: Base Salary: $140,481 with bonus earning potential Sign-On Bonus CME Benefits Provided Annually Fully comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as retirement benefits.
Core Function: Provider Education Qualifications Master’s degree in biomedical science, psychology or related field is required. Bachelor’s degree in biomedical science, psychology or related field PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience Qualifications 5 years of experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of practice is required. Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Certification by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants is preferred.
DEA license is preferred.
