About the role

This position supports the surgical, inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative needs of gynecologic oncology patients. The PA will assist in the operating room, conduct patient rounds, participate in call coverage, and provide ongoing management for patients undergoing treatment for gynecologic cancers and complex gynecologic conditions.

Develop and implement treatmentDevelop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
Order, interpret, and evaluateOrder, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging
Monitor and manage patientsMonitor and manage patients undergoing chemotherapy, immunotherapy, surgical treatment, and other oncology-related therapies
Provide education and counselingProvide education and counseling to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
