About the role

FlexStaff is seeking a Physician Assistant with Thoracic Surgery experience for rounding. Must have availability for 2-3 shifts Monday-Friday and/or Weekend days.

Screening and preparation ofScreening and preparation of patients
Writes orders for medicationsWrites orders for medications, laboratory work, and diagnostic tests
Interprets laboratory and testInterprets laboratory and test results
Confers with attending physiciansConfers with attending physicians, residents, nursing staff, and/or other care providers to ensure optimum quality of patient care
