Physician Assistant-TMCOne-Urology

TMCOne is seeking a motivated and patient-centered Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding urology team. This full-time, outpatient position involves managing a broad spectrum of urologic conditions in collaboration with board-certified urologists. The provider will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and education to adult patients with a wide range of urologic conditions in a team-based environment.

Evaluate and manage adult patients with common urologic concerns, including: Urolithiasis (Kidney and bladder stones) Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) Urologic Oncology (Prostate, Kidney, Bladder Cancer) Erectile dysfunction (ED) Urinary incontinence Perform minor office procedures, including: Catheter placements and exchanges (Foley, suprapubic, intermittent) Uroflowmetry and bladder scanning Post-void residual assessments Conduct follow-ups, patient education, and care coordination Review labs, imaging, and patient messages; collaborate closely with supervising urologists Optional opportunity to assist in the operating room and/or hospital setting for interested candidates No call coverage or weekend responsibilities

Current Arizona license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner The ideal candidate will have experience or advanced training in Urology, although highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Comfortable with office-based procedures or willing to train Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills Excited to work in a team-based care model with urologists, RNs, and medical assistants (MAs) Work Schedule & Setting: Outpatient clinic only – core duties will take place in-office Full-time

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM no weekend expectations $20,000 Sign on Bonus!
