This opportunity is designed for physicians who are committed to delivering a high-touch, relationship-centered healthcare experience within a structured concierge model. Position Overview
- Full-time (1.0 FTE) primary care practice dedicated exclusively to concierge program members
- Smaller patient panel designed to support personalized, comprehensive care
- Focus on preventive medicine, wellness, and proactive chronic disease management
- 24/7 availability to assigned concierge members as part of the program’s enhanced access model
