Licensure
✓Doctor of Medicine - Board Certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency and maintain board certification throughout employment.
✓Must become board certified before board eligibility runs out.
✓Texas Medical Board- M.D. or D.O. must hold a valid Texas license to practice medicine and be registered as a physician in the State of Texas
✓Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) License.
✓Must remain active throughout employment.
Education
✓Completion of an ACGME accredited 3-year or 4-year residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
