You’ll need
Licensure
✓BE/BC in Dermatology
✓Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
✓Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
✓Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire and
✓Board Certification or Board eligible by the American Board of Dermatology or in Dermatology by the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology upon hire
✓Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire
✓Obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure, DEA certification in the State of Minnesota, and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
Certifications
✓BLS/ACLS required within 180 days of hire
✓ACLS/BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required upon hire and
✓PALS - Pediatric Advance Life Support - Multisource required depending on business unit upon hire
✓NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation - Multisource required depending on business unit upon hire
Education
✓Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Residency training program in Dermatology
Qualifications
✓MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
✓Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
✓Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire
✓National Provider Identifier upon hire
✓Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions.
✓Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above.
✓Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care
✓Knowledge of medical terminology
✓Ability effectively handle high-stress fast paced environment
