Physician - Family Medicine

Deaconess IL Clinic, home to over 900 primary and specialty care physicians across 60+ locations, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician (new graduate or experienced) to join our supportive, community-based practice in Marion, IL. This position offers a unique balance of small-town charm and the resources of a large health system. You’ll be part of a collaborative team at our Professional Park location, with support from 2 APPs, 2 physicians (1 Family Medicine, 1 Pediatrician), and strong clinical and operational backing to help you focus on what matters most, patient care.
