Physician - Family Medicine

Deaconess Illinois Clinic is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join our clinic in Mt. Vernon, IL with a guaranteed salary of $325,000 and a $50,000 sign-on bonus and up to $90,000 student loan repayment. We are looking for a physician to work 4–4.5 days per week in our state-of-the-art facility, which features EPIC, AI documentation assistance, and telehealth services.

Our clinic provides desirable staffing ratios, along with RN triage support for after-hours patient needs, which helps keep at-home call duties minimal.
