Job OverviewFairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services. Onsite specialties: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Sleep Medicine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology, and more.

Onsite services: Rehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry. Practice Details &

17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians. Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.34 patient contact hours per week. Required QualificationsGraduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training programBC/BE with the ABMS or AOALicensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical PracticeAbility to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of MinnesotaMeet threshold criteria/qualification for Credentialing and PrivilegesBoard Certified in Family Medicine, or dual Board Certification in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Minnesota license to practice as an MD or DOM Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton is located approximately 60 minutes from Minneapolis and 30 minutes from St Cloud, MN.
