- Job Requirements Spartanburg Medical Center (SMC) located in Spartanburg, SC is seeking to hire a FULL-TIME BC/BE Infectious Disease physician to become part of the SMC – Center for Infectious Disease. The ID physician will join a group of 4 BC Infectious Disease physicians and 1 PA. Highlights of the position include:
- Hybrid inpatient & outpatient position with half day clinics
- Providers maintain continuity of care by following their own patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings
- Dedicated inpatient and outpatient wound care team, infectious disease pharmacists, nutritionist, and mental health counselor embedded into the program
- Outpatient services to include: oWell established Ryan White clinic oTravel medicine oOutpatient consultations oPrimary care for Ryan White patients
- 1:5 weekday and weekend call, split evenly amongst the providers
- EPIC EMR system
- PLSF approved institution
