Physician - Internal Medicine

Job OverviewFairview Range is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our growing group of multi-specialty providers at the Fairview Mesaba Clinics in Hibbing, MN. Be part of an outpatient primary care practice with the opportunity to perform procedures, stress tests, sutures, etc. Opportunity to also do ER Call!

Our internal medicine department is supported by a larger multi-specialty clinic structure and works collaboratively with 22+ physicians and 16 NP/PAs in these specialties: pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, family medicine, otolaryngology, orthopedics, general surgery and geriatrics. Consulting physicians are available in neurology, cardiology and oncology. Ties to the University of Minnesota strengthen the ability to access University of Minnesota specialists for questions or phone consults.

Many other subspecialists are available through extensive outreach programs. Fairview Range is an affiliate of M Health Fairview, a partnership of Fairview Health Services, the University of Minnesota, and M Physicians. Together, we offer access to breakthrough medical research and specialty expertise as part of a continuum of care that reaches all ages and health needs.

The most comprehensive health care network in northeastern Minnesota, Fairview Range includes Fairview Range Medical Center, Fairview Mesaba Clinics (with locations in Hibbing, Nashwauk, and Mountain Iron), Fairview Range Home Care and Hospice, and Fairview Transportation Services. Internal Medicine clinic is co-located within the 175-bed hospital in Hibbing. Manage complex patients, internal medicine patients and provide consultant services to Family Medicine, Orthopedics and Surgical patients.
