Physician Liaison

✓Requirements
Education
✓High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Associate/Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred in the areas of Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Qualifications
✓Able to provide eligibility for employment for any U.S. employer
✓1+ years of relevant customer service experience
✓Ability to have reliable transportation and potentially operate a company vehicle to travel to clinics
✓Active Driver’s License
✓Ability to work with Microsoft office (excel, word, etc)
✓Excellent interpersonal skills
✓Superior Phone etiquette and communications skills
✓Demonstrated skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care and to meet documentation standards.
✓Ability to work with technology to receive/process referrals
✓Ability to smile, converse and engage actively with customers
✓Ability to read work orders and/or receive verbal instructions
✓Knowledge of medical terminology
✓Ability to multitask and move between responsibilities in fluid manner
✓Ability to problem solve independently
✓Ability to relate and work effectively with others.
✓Friendly, empathetic & respectful
✓Reliable in work results, timeliness & attendance
✓Ability to relate to and work effectively with a wonderfully diverse populace
✓Able to work in a fast-paced, and stressful environment while maintaining positive energy
Proficiency with computers, preferably strong typing skills preferred
