Graduate of an ACGME-accredited neurology residency program Certification: Board certified (BC) or board eligible (BE) in neurology
Outstanding clinical skills required There are wonderful opportunities to collaborate clinically with over 100 faculty spanning the neurologic subspecialties and to teach with over 40 residents and fellows in most clinical subspecialty areas. The department also boasts a strong research infrastructure allowing faculty to thrive in their research pursuits. Rush has made a commitment to significantly grow the already robust neuroscience program and footprint regionally and nationally, including with a new ambulatory building opened in 2023.
The new 60,000-square-foot Rush outpatient center at North & Harlem Avenues in Chicago offers a comprehensive range of services including urgent care, primary care, multi-specialty care and imaging services. Rush North & Harlem will significantly expand access to RUSH primary and specialty care for northwest Chicago and suburban patients in near west communities like Oak Park, River Forest and Elmwood Park, by offering some of the most sought-after healthcare services — including nationally ranked specialties like neurology and cardiology.
