This physician will focus on the evaluation and management of emergent and urgent neurosurgical conditions, supporting trauma, stroke, and critical care services across the health system. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment, collaborating closely with emergency medicine, trauma surgery, neurology, and intensive care teams to deliver timely, life-saving interventions. Acute team surgeons who evaluate and stabilize a patient during call have the first right to schedule that patient as an elective case in their own OR block.
