Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Obesity Medicine Physician who is motivated to make a difference in Central Indiana, at Community Hospital South . Ideal candidates will have a passion for managing a busy medical weight loss program and a willingness to provide preferred
BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred
Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana preferred
Certifications
✓Certification from ABOM require
Qualifications
Fellowship training in bariatric medicine/obesity medicine is preferred
Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team preferred
Facility & Network Highlights preferred
Physician-led organization that promotes and supports physician leadership preferred
Multi-disciplinary physician group of 1500+ providers preferred
One of the largest primary care networks in the state preferred
Fully-integrated EMR system (EPIC) preferred
